Green and Clean Smoothie

Enjoy this easy-to-make smoothie that is delicious and good for the gut. Organic ingredients are recommended.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach or kale
  • 1 whole celery stalk
  • 1/3 cup fresh flat leaf parsley
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 1/2 banana (optional for sweeter taste)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Freshly squeezed juice from 1 lemon
  • 3/4 cup – 1 cup water (or unsweetened nut milk or coconut water)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend and enjoy!
