Ingredients
- 1 cup spinach or kale
- 1 whole celery stalk
- 1/3 cup fresh flat leaf parsley
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 1/2 banana (optional for sweeter taste)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Freshly squeezed juice from 1 lemon
- 3/4 cup – 1 cup water (or unsweetened nut milk or coconut water)
- Ice cubes (optional)
